Disliked: I fell in the shower because the grips were coming off, I injured my hip.

Liked: It was clean, quiet, and in a good location. The staff was very friendly!

Liked: Although the bed was soft, it was comfortable. The room was well lit. There was a couch and coffee table. It was roomy.
Disliked: The tub was stained and the drain plug closed while I was showering. The hallway is eerily dark.
