Lovely place to stay, but...

Liked: Location and unit amenities were suitable for our needs.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we were disturbed by a dog barking in one of the nearby rooms from basically 5:00am until we were forced to get up! Disappointed that a staff member didn’t intervene to correct this situation. While at breakfast a number of other people were complaining about the dog barking as well!

Liked: Excellent location for my trip. Near plenty of friends, family and restaurants. There was some road noise but very little, and I was on the main road side of the Inn.
Disliked: No issues at all!

Wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Pool wasn’t open which is why we booked here
Disliked: Food was terrible, room wasn’t clean

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable. It had a Keurig, which was a surprise because we always bring ours. The indoor pool was nice and parking is close to the lobby entrance. We would definitely be booking here when we come back to Vancouver despite the misunderstanding of the extra charge hold on my card.
Disliked: I didn't like that they had to put a charge hold on my card for the total room price, including the deposit on top of the actual charge. They told me they needed to make sure I had enough to cover the room. So it showed up on my account as a double charge, which cut into our spending limit. In the end, they released the hold, and it cleared in 3 days. I wish they would've mentioned this when I was paying during check-in, being that they had already cleared the first charge.
