Great location and well maintained...

Great experience

Liked: Close to where we needed to be. Very clean. Breakfast was fresh and well attended too
Disliked: Out room was right above the pool on the Saturday night of our stay at 10:20 we had to call the front deck to ask them to please close the pool. Was extremely loud. But it was a Saturday night so wasn’t a huge deal for us as we have had young children on vacation so we understand

It was okay but we...

Liked: We stayed in a king suite which was comfortable. Lots of room. But zero view - a brick wall!
Disliked: The amenities were cheap and just poor quality. Dreadful that breakfast is on paper plates with plastic utensils. Very wasteful and not at all enjoyable to use. The only cups in the room were plastic. I asked for and received a real glass to use in the room. But they would not give me a mug for hot drinks. That’s pathetic.

Beautiful experience at Holiday Inn...

Liked: The receptionists were nice and polite. The environment was so clean. I enjoyed the breakfast and swimming pool. The banff train is close to the hotel.The queen size room was spacious enough for my 3 toddlers to run around.
