Disliked: Forgot to clean my room most mornings, key wouldnt work often, location was sketchy area of downtown not actually that close to popular areas, same breakfast days in a row

Liked: Room was changed after staff were called up to see the horrible condition of the first room.
Disliked: First room had a gaping hole in the patio door which had tape over it. Not sure what went through the window. Holes in the sheets and duvet. Security lock didn’t work. Lobby was under construction after a fire. No notice about that.Loud. Noises in hallway, sirens, security alarms going off. Worst night of sleep in a hotel in recent memory.

Liked: Big room with a balcony and a great view; pretty convenient location to explore the city. All necessary amenities, coffee maker and fridge in the room
Disliked: Seems like renovation is needed (which apparently was ongoing during the stay; so very limited public spaces including breakfast location)

Liked: Being refurbished and new areas look good. Heated underground car park. Breakfast was good (for this type of buffet)One block from train into centre.
Disliked: Being refurbished with active building work. This was NOT mentioned at the time of booking!The sheets/duvet covers were clean but worn and had holes in them.
