It served my purposes for...

Liked: The breakfast options were ample and tasty.
Disliked: The lack of basic cleaning on a daily basis (baskets emptied and towels replaced once during our 4 day stay)

Staff couldn’t find reservation and...

Liked: They let us have a conference room to continue the party form the wedding we attended
Disliked: Rooms weren’t super clean, uncomfortable beds, the bathrooms were dirty and the soap dispensers were all broken in our room

Stay was great, booking

Liked: Everything was great at the hotel. The lady at the desk was simply the best. She helped us get a room when booking.com screwed us!!!!
Disliked: Booking.com gave me a confirmation number, and when we arrived, had no room reserved for us. My wife is handicapped and this is beyond words of unacceptable!!! I will never use booking.com again and have no problem telling everyone I know about this herendous experience To booking.com, thank you for absolutely nothing.

Liked: It was great very clean staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. I give this hotel 5 star !!
