Awful check in, great stay...
Liked: Breakfast, location, clean
Disliked: Check in took 20 minutes. Bc obit one lady working and she was overwhelmed/under trained. There were 3 gentlemen ahead of me trying to pay for a room under a contract rate, but lady couldn’t figure out how to complete transaction. Another party sat on sofas calling third party for their room. It was a debacle.

Passable
Disliked: Seems like our room wasn’t even finished. No closet doors and only 1 mirror which was in bathroom. Floors didn’t look vacuumed or cleaned very good. Iron was all crusted with something and left it all over my dress shirt. Ironing board cover was all stained. Beds were like sleeping on concrete

Place seems to be on...
Liked: Breakfast is surprisingly good. Easy to book a room
Disliked: Driveway is horrible, giant potholes everywhere. No parking for larger vehicles. 2nd floor hallway smelled liked used gym socks. upholstered stool covered in stains/water marks, looked gross.

Disappointing for my family.
Liked: Breakfast and staff were great
Disliked: Room was dirty, carpeting sticky and filthy. not stainless for family towels for 2 people and no bedding for pull out, one person working nice and helpful but overwhelmed with large groups checking in for a bowling tournament nearby and Penn State Bradford graduation. my family chose to drive six hours home instead of staying a second night on the uncomfortable beds.
