It was not an enjoyable...

Liked: I did like the bed and black out blinds!
Disliked: When I arrived at 11:30 pm I was very tired and parked i. The very back of the building. The key card lock was not working on the back door so I had to walk all the way around the building to the front entrance to access the building. I was looking forward to a hot shower to relax after driving for 11 hours. I didn’t like the fact that there was no hot water the night I arrived and either the following morning. So no hot shower and when I called, the front desk said there was nothing they could do about it! Not even give me a discount on the room. I then went to breakfast and the biscuits were way over cooked and the eggs were full of water and not cooked very well. I paid $152.00 for a room I could sleep in but not enjoy the room and relax.

Would stay again. Great hotel

Liked: Clean and welcoming
Disliked: only minor issue was the air conditioner in our room. When it would shut off, the fan would squeak as it was coming to a stop.

Disliked: Better staffing. I stayed on Saturday night 07/26 and checked out 07/27 I paid on my booking site and when I checked out the receptionist charged my card on top of me already paying. Spoke to Christina on 07/28 when I saw the charge she said she saw the mistake and would reverse the charge now it’s 08/02 and I spoke to Christina again and she said she has to go through booking to get the credit then she can refund me. Booking charged me once $142.89 then the HOTEL charged me $145.66 for the same stay AFTER I paid on booking. Christina said it would take another 3-5 days!

Liked: Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The beds were super hard. A storm knocked out the TV service, but we were ok with that.
