Worst hotel stay- stay away

Liked: Worst hotel stay I have ever had.
Disliked: Room had a horrible smell, towels were unavailable and taken from our room/ not replaced, key card didn’t work for our room and just not comfortable. We left after 1 night and I am waiting on a refund.

Paying at the hotel gives...

Liked: The room was bad. It's like they have the good rooms and the really bad rooms. I'm guessing because I ordered through this app I got that room. A week or 2 before we stayed at the same place but paid at the hotel the room was great then but this room seemed like a totally different hotel.
