Disliked: If I could give zero stars, I would. This Holiday Inn is a textbook example of incompetent management.We arrived well after the standard check-in time, only to be told that our rooms weren’t ready—even at 5 PM. That’s not just inconvenient—it’s inexcusable. The staff looked tired, confused, and clearly unprepared to handle even basic operations.This wasn’t a busy holiday weekend or some kind of emergency. It was just bad planning and worse leadership. No communication, no urgency, no accountability.The management here is clearly below average, and it shows in every aspect. From disorganized front desk operations to poor housekeeping coordination, everything screams mismanagement.

Liked: Location and the friendliness of the staff. The facilities are clean and well kept. Quiet facilities and excellent atmosphere.
Disliked: That the spa wasn't working. Not outside towels to use in the pool area. Need a bigger kitchen to provide the breakfast since its very small of the amount of people.
