Disliked: Not clean, we checked in to first room, it wasnt clean well,They gave us another room, washroom tub was blocked, no bathroom tissue. Not sure what cleaning service they have, but cleaning could improve a lot.Front desk folks, they just cant smile and great… they seem to want to show how tough they are.Rooms are very damp, not sure if its bcs its next to beach… beds and floors are all damp. Didn’t feel the beds were clean either

Liked: I liked the ease of checking in and out. The bay view was peaceful.The idea of breakfast was enticing. Having coffee and tea available was fantastic.
Disliked: I didn't like the way the hallway smelled. The carpet could use a deep cleaning. I didn't like the setup of this particular room

Liked: Property was beautiful. Very clean, easy parking, and extremely close to the beach! This was a great place to stay for a weekend beach vacation.
Disliked: Booking made an error and, even though our reservation was confirmed and paid for, the hotel had no room for us upon arrival. My wife arrived first with our three year old son and our service dog. The staff was extremely unhelpful. She showed them our confirmations and receipts but it still took them an hour to sort things out. The staff repeatedly reminded her that it was booking that made the mistake but they did very little for her and her comfort. The following day we were informed that the initial room was no longer available so we’d need to move to another room. This took another couple hours to negotiate and discuss. Overall they did accommodate us, but the customer service was lacking.
