Room was smaller than in most HIE but adequate for the two of us for a short stay. Excellent service though.

Liked: Excellent service and very clean and pleasant.
Disliked: If you're a light sleeper, the street noise will bother you. Bring a fan or something to drown out the noise.

Liked: Very nice and complete breakfast and good location
Disliked: Unfortunately TV was not working and although I had indicated, no one came to fix itThe room didn't have a table, thus was a bit uncomfortable as I had to work in the room

Pleasant

Liked: Breakfast was really good & the environment was good. Nice staff
Disliked: The room was really small and the bathroom was tiny. The valet was backed up a lot and we had to wait for our car for extended periods of time.

Not quite family sized

Liked: Location was perfect, very close to popular attractions.
Disliked: The elevators were tiny any the rooms were too. The room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly.
