Disliked: During my recent stay, I found the staff to be consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming. This was especially evident when I inquired about a late checkout. Despite explaining that my flight wasn't until 6 PM and I had no plans to leave the property, the staff showed little attentiveness or willingness to help. I was informed—without any attempt at accommodation—that checkout was strictly at 12 PM, and staying later would require booking an additional night.My disappointment stems less from the refusal itself and more from the unprofessional and indifferent attitude displayed throughout the interaction. Overall, the level of customer service did not meet expectations.
