Comfy, restful and good food
Liked: The bed was comfy. Their facility was gated in at night. Breakfast was fine.

It is a nightmare in...
Liked: Nothings is my like. Service is to bad.
Disliked: They liars but said I am lying. Because I can not bare the room’s odor and asked to change a room, the lady just said a lot of reasons that I can’t. But I really can not sleep and contact the booking.com. The night manager at first said they had not received the email from booking. When I came down to show my email from booking, the manager changed face immediately. He said “why you called booking? We can change a room” I said I tried to negotiate with the receptionist but failed. And he said “ you can not say she is a liar, she already wrote down on memo that you refused to change” and he used threatening words to let me hang up the call with booking. For my safety, I got up to my room. And the whole night I was sleeping in the car.

Disliked: This used to be my property of choice. Not any more. They clearly indicated that they don't care for our business anymore. 1 - parking - what's the point of gated parking if there's no place to park (see picture). Why would the property management allow oversized trailers parked sideways and consume such volume of spots?? 2 - Property staff require immediate hospitality training. We stayed at this property back-to-back 2 times in the last 2 weeks. Both times we've received very cold welcome. Front office staff did not even acknowledge our arrival. The only time the cold-faced lady looked me in the eyes was when she firmly refused my request just to realize that I had already paid for it. I can't even provide her name as she was not wearing a name tag, so she cannot be identified.3- Our room 319 (king w/sofa) had emergency light blinking all night. When I approached the front desk for help, the employee was so engaged on his cellphone that he did not notice me standing in front of him (see picture).4- poor quality breakfast, this time we skipped altogether. In my response to my previous complaint, the management replied how much they care that even they provided a new pancake machine. Are they really so disconnected from reality not to realize that that pancake machine had been out of order over the last few weeks when we stayed at the property??5- I do travel a lot, never I have seen so many unhappy employees. Nobody says 'hi' to you in the hallways, nobody smiles, all seem somehow miserable and unhappy to be there

Great complimentary breakfast.
Liked: Security. Fence around area was closed and locked at 10. Room key can open but it provides a bit more security since the car was full.

Returning guests - overnight stay
Liked: Gated parking is the main reason of why we had been selecting this property on our periodic camping trips to the canyonlands. Property is safe, clean and well maintained.
Disliked: Breakfast quality and options deteriorated over time.
