Totally enjoyed our stay here.

Liked: Hotel was convenient to interstate and to our intended venue in Abingdon, Va. Hotel was in great condition from exterior to public areas to room we stayed in. Breakfast was the best "free" breakfast we've had. Staff, from reception to breakfast to janitorial was friendly and caring. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough to fellow travelers in the area.
Disliked: I honestly don't have any complaints.. Facility was in great shape. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great staff

Liked: We left my son's expensive IV infusion hemophilia medicine in the room the staff quickly called us stored it in refrigerator like it was suppose to be and we were able to run back and get it. I am extremely thankful for the staff and them calling us and storing medicine properly.

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, convenient location, safe area, nice breakfast, clean room, newer hotel
Disliked: Nothing

Would not stay again due...

Liked: Stay was good, clean facility, clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff.
Disliked: A $7.00 parking fee for the use of their designated parking lot. It’s as silly as a fee for using their sheets would be. Though I signed the paper, I did not read it nor was I informed of it. I feel it’s an underhanded charge.
