Liked: Liked that the room was mostly clean.
Disliked: I didn't like that there was hair in the bathroom from someone else, and the little corner table wasn't wiped down clean all the way. Housekeeping really needs to do a better job at fully cleaning the rooms better, and there was also a candy wrapper trash on the floor next to the bed. The biggest disappointment was that the pool was way too cold to swim in and there is no hot tub, so I think they need to drop there price down because of that.

Disliked: The breakfast variety can improve especially more healthy options like more fresh fruit variety

Absolute regret and learning lesson...

Liked: Extremely rude front desk people, other rude employees that really don't seem to know where anything is or what anything is, freezing pool, filthy bathroom floor filthy hallway floor old tiny laughable TV. Only thing that was clean about your entire building was the sheets. Breakfast wasn't half bad. When you're hotel is on spenard you really need to go above and beyond because of the area. I could have easily stayed downtown for the price that you guys were asking for the room and simply paid 50 more dollars and would have gotten a much better room and a place that has a warm pool and a Jacuzzi with great food and great service.
Disliked: Well breakfast wasn't bad and the sheets were clean everything else was terrible.

Liked: The room was better than I was expecting. The pool was a nice place to spend time at. Breakfast was great as well. The hotel was a nice place to relax.
Disliked: I was hoping the pool was warm but it had cold water. It was still nice to be in though. Other then that it was a nice hotel and no complaints.

Liked: Staff was all nice, and the location was good. The room was pretty clean.
Disliked: We specifically got a room here for the breakfast and the pool. Both were an extreme letdown. The breakfast was edible the first morning, but the pancake maker was broken. The second morning it was inedible, eggs tasted like cardboard, sausage was either over cooked or undercooked. The coffee was also terrible. The pool was FREEZING, and the pool deck was flaking off, sticking to our feet and making the pool very dirty. If you’re going to use the pool definitely look elsewhere.
