Beautiful hotel, beautiful experience -...

Liked: Breakfast was very good and plentiful with many varieties to choose from. The eating area is beautiful and spacious with many seats.The quality of the hotel and the service are worthy of a 5-star rating.Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Close to a major train/metro station (less than 10 minutes walk)A cinema (Pathé - with IMAX, 3D and 4DX), an arena, several shops and restaurants are located within the same area as the train/metro station. The location of the hotel and its vicinity are very clean and beautiful. Rooms were exceptionally clean, lovely and comfortable. All facilities functioned excellently.
Disliked: I don't think they had a swimming pool and a gym.

Liked: The hotel overall looks great but my room had bit of stains on the walls and on the carpet but i didn’t mind that much. It’s close to the Station for trains and metro, and it’s pretty much a quiet area unless there’s something happening at the arena. Breakfast was also pretty good with lots of options

Confusing entrance but nice hotel

Liked: The view in the corner rooms is magnificent. The staff were very friendly. There were many options for the breakfast. The bathrooms came with enough hygiene products to last for a couple of days.
Disliked: The air conditioning did not work well. Also entering the parking lot can be tricky.

Liked: We stayed ok the top floor, the view was stunning
Disliked: No balconies, it can be a claustrophobic. Couldn’t turn off the airco
