Will not stay again. Room...

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: Unable to get in room upon arrival. Room keys didn’t work (tried two sets) and hotel master key didn’t work. Had to wait one hour to get into room. No other rooms available for us. Asked for a discount. Originally said “of course”. Then was told no discount because we booked thru booking.com and not the hotel. No pool towels. Things that should have been provided we needed to do extra for. Unfortunate after a 13 hour day of travel.

Great hotel for a family...

Liked: Ample parking, easy access
Disliked: Dirty air filters, Sheetrock sloppy and cracking in the room, no freezer in fridge. Fridge was not cold

Disliked: Unfortunately there were alot of kids there.Lots yelling screaming,door slaming and a dog barking. No towels in pool area.
