Liked: Room nice and clean. No noise from other guests; lovely breakfast. Great price.

Liked: Checking in staff were very nice and breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room was poor. Initially, I had to move rooms because the door didn't lock and in the new room the remote control for the TV didn't work as it had no back to the battery section. The selection and quality of food on the dinner menu was awful.

Liked: Central location, short distance from trains/buses, very clean comfortable room, breakfast staff were very helpful, breakfast food replenished quickly even although it was really busy
Disliked: Check in staff didn't tell us where to find the WiFi code or time of check out. To be fair, i think an A4 sheet in the room regarding these and restaurant times would have been handy.

Liked: Service was good. Everyone was friendly.
Disliked: With all of the Holiday Inn Express franchises, there is a technological problem and design with the toilets. They do not flush well. The hotels want to save water is great but the number of times that you have to flush the toilets is not helping with the water use problems.

Liked: You can leave your luggage (for free) at the hotel after you check out in the morning, for pickup later in the day. For example after a meeting.And the breakfast was excellent.

Nice hotel with central location...

Liked: Great breakfast, good location in town and the staff were all very helpful.
Disliked: Not much of note - a bit of mold around the windowsill.

Disliked: It’s terrible for a family with a small child. The sofa bed was awful, painful to sleep on, and not ready at arrival. Staff has very little patience.
