Liked: Good location in Aberdeen Center, friendly staff.
Disliked: They have simply given up. The entire building is worn out and not maintained. Also it is not clean at all. Stains everywhere: chairs, couch, bed, “fresh” towels, carpet,… not only in the room, same in the lobby, resteaurant, hallways. Just grose! Breakfast is also low quality ingredients, not even fresh coffee but syrup. Tried it, but never again,

Disliked: Room was supposed to be ready at 2 pm for our check in but it was almost 2.30 by the time we were allowed to check in. There was a delay which was not acceptable considering that I have 2 small children. Also the couch bed was extremely uncomfortable. The springs were almost bare and sleeping on it felt more like torture than a pleasant experience

Best hotel breskfast I ever...

Liked: Central location when booking in was giving a tunnochs teacake nice touch first time I been giving a treat at reception but first and foremost the cooked Scottish breakfast best I ever had I'm a hotel and that says a lot overall room.everything good thanks excellent value I will be back whenever I need a city center room

Noisy at the weekend

Liked: Good value for money
Disliked: Noise. We had a room at the front of the hotel. It was Saturday night and there are a lot of nightclubs etc nearby which made it very noisy into the wee small hours. The hotel provided ear plugs! I wouldn't stay here at the weekend again unless I got a room at the back.
