Great check in - little slow but concert crowds expected; room nice and clean with everything you need; asked for an ironing board and it was at the door in minutes.

Liked: The staff were outstanding - a real credit to the hotel.

A lovely home from home...

Liked: Staff were so welcoming and friendly, what a delight and a novelty these days!!! Hotel lovely, nice atmosphere, functional and friendly. Perfect short walk to airport terminal. Food absolutely yum!!!!

Disliked: I reserved a room with a double bed but was informed that none were available, so I had to settle for a room with two single beds instead. Additionally, it's disappointing that, despite being a hotel guest, I still have to pay for parking in the hotel's car park. The breakfast was average, and the hotel could really benefit from some upgrades and amenities, like a gym.
