The hotel staff was awesome and the facilities were very clean. Very nice hotel. Convenient to everything we wanted to visit while in El Paso.
Disliked: Occupants in adjoining room left an unattended dog in the room. It began to bark and howl. Hotel should require that pets always be accompanied.

It was so quiet and nicely set apart from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was very comfortable and roomy. I will definitely be staying here again!

Hairdryer not in room like...
Liked: Clean
Disliked: There was no hairdryer call room service did not answer had to go all the way to the lobby to ask for it which was far from my room and it did say on amenities deyer was included!

Disliked: The rooms the carpet was with a lot of stains and walls dirty also the carpet had a burn

Staff was excellent but will...
Liked: The paid breakfast was worth it and the staff was all SO nice and helpful.
Disliked: It was old and had a run-down feeling. Carpets were stained, sink shot out super hard water, toilet didn’t flush well. Everything was just really dated.
