Liked: good location of the hotel, fast internet, delicious food, comfortable bed
Disliked: 1. I asked for a room with two separate beds, but I got one large one. I asked to change to a room with two beds for an additional fee, but they told me that there were none, although there were two such rooms available on Booking.com. The next day, no one offered to change the room.2. When I checked in, I asked the reception if I could pay for breakfast. They advised me to pay in the morning directly at the restaurant. This option turned out to be more expensive than if I had paid right away at the reception.3. When we returned to the room for the last night, we discovered that the phone charger was missing.

Nice and comfy hotel close...

Liked: The reception lady (don't marked her name but she is Thai origin) on our arrival was very friendly and helpful! She was so professional and accurate, she also gave our daughter a little present. The check-in process was fast and smooth. The rooms are big enough for a 3 pax family, comfortable beds, close to the airport.
Disliked: Tricky parking system. Despite we paid the parking we got a paper from the hotel on our windshield, that our car was not registered and we would face a fine EUR275 for this. Afterwards I have clarified with the reception their mistake and the excused themselves for that.
