Clean facilities, but wouldn’t stay...

Liked: Friendly staff; clean room and lobby
Disliked: We were above the kitchen and our room smelled like food the entire stay. Prep must have started around 4am because I could smell breakfast cooking.

Liked: Easy check in. Friendly staff. Nice room with comfy beds. The grandkids liked the pool.
Disliked: They don't offer free breakfast.

First and Last time I...

Liked: Water pressure for shower was great!
Disliked: Too expensive! I used booking.com, chose a King Ste, got confirmation for booking and was told at the hotel they only had a room with two queen beds. The carpets in hallway were coming apart at the seams, the pool area was dirty, pool had a wad of hair floating around, the support rail was loose. Jacuzzi had grime build up around inner edge. Chairs were dusty and paint chipped off all of them. I don't recall seeing a camera in there. The stairwell going to 2nd floor too had stained, dirty, gross looking carpet. In the room, the updates, wow...they wallpapered over hardware or something. The shelving was dusty, the seal around shower knob was coming off. The complimentary soap bottles, etc. were dirty and not cleaned after refill. The conditioner was even clumping. AND to finish my rant, I paid $239 for all this and breakfast was NOT complimentary....Really!
