Liked: The staff were excellent, accommodating and very friendly.
Disliked: You really should have specific times for the hockey teams to use the pool, otherwise it is taken up the entire time and no one else is able to use it.

Liked: Great location off the highway with good proximity to South Edmonton Common. Parking was abundant. Excellent variety of pillows in the room. Air conditioning was powerful if not a bit loud.
Disliked: We used booking.com and searched for a pet friendly hotel. After booking, we submitted an additional request for a pet room. At no time was it communicated that pet rooms were an additional $50 per night. That price is far above industry standard. We were shocked and expected that amount to have been communicated prior.
