The carpet in the room...

Liked: The carpet in the room was filthy , the wc was not clean properly. Dusty everywhere. Service was very very poor. Had to wait 1 hour and needed to call them 5/6 times for an iron.

Disliked: Arrived very late to a twin room when we l had had confirmation for a double room. Was then told sorry we are fully booked

Disappointing

Liked: I like only location.
Disliked: Staff was not good, service was very disappointing, cleaning bad. Overall service was really bad.

Superb

Good for families, noisy for...

Liked: It was a good basic hotel with excellent transport links into Edinburgh. Comfy beds, lots of parking, well-stocked gym.
Disliked: The food was disappointing. It was not very nice, and the seats were the wrong height for the tables which made it all uncomfortable. With its location right next to the zoo we should have expected it, but it was filled with families and children so it was *very* noisy!
