Wonderful

Liked: Loved the decor and design, very clean and the staff was very kind and friendly. We travel through Eau Claire twice yearly and will choose to stay again.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Very clean. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Refrigerator was NOT turned on. My granddaughter did not realize this when she put items that needed to be refrigerated in it. The toilet also clogged up in the middle of the night. NOT pleasant.

Liked: The breakfast was horrible, we were expecting to have the regular hotel breakfast not a sit down in the dark restaurant. had to get up and get our own creamer and sugar for our coffee. I guess that's how they treat the guest with a voucher.
Disliked: could have gotten the king size bed I originally requested, we don't get to sleep on a king often and my husband is a very tall man. the breakfast could have been a lot better.

Liked: The counter staff was great in check in and check out. The room was spacious. Our breakfast was great, but the wait staff was stressed due to a larger number of customers than what they expected. The Banana Bread and crispy potatoes was REALLY GOOD.
Disliked: The height of the toilets. It is a long way down there for an old man to sit sown.
