Fleecing the tourist, stay elsewhere...

Disliked: Placed extra unknown charge to booking.com fee already paid amount. Staff said it would be refunded never was. Suspect took advantage of foreign visitor status. Certainly not found this before with booking.com reservations. I only discovered it on my credit card app by accident.

Liked: The shower had hot water. That is the most positive thing I can say about my stay.
Disliked: Will never book with booking.com again. Several undisclosed things - had to pay for parking on Holiday Inn property. Breakfast cost $10 per person - it was 20 minutes late opening - food was typical of a 'free' breakfast at most hotels-food was warm at best - many of the few selections on the buffet were not even ready when buffet opened 20 minutes late. Hotel has a go green system - AC can not be adjusted below 70 degrees. Room was noisy - both from hallway and room above-could hear people walking and pretty sure 2nd floor was moving furniture at 11:00 at night. Check in clerk was sort of rude- morning check out clerk was friendly.
