Good hotel; clean and comfortable. Great bed and shower, both really important to me. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good and extensive with eggs cooked to order if requested. I would certainly go back and can strongly recommend it.

Liked: Room and the staff.
Disliked: Bar staff untrained.

A good hotel and we...

Liked: Lovely location in the park and easy to get bus into the town. Good breakfast and comfy bed. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Disliked: The room 15 was rather dark. One day the tea tray wasn’t refreshed, no clean cups and sink not cleaned. We were told that new management has reduced time given to do the work. This has an adverse impact on customer experience.

Good value, lovely rooms and...

Liked: The rooms were exactly what we wanted and were clean and comfy
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. Especially re: gluten free options which I did let them know about ahead of time. But also generally things were running out quite quickly and we were there about half way through the open times.
