Holiday Inn Dubuque/Galena

The location was perfect for our concert trip; easy to find and just a very nice hotel. It was very nice having a restaurant and bar on site and if you wanted something different there is an abundance of choices all around it. We would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Everything about our visit was top notch.
Disliked: Nothing disappointed us.

Good Hotel for a 2...

Liked: Good location in downtown Dubuque. Room was comfortable and clean. Had a good choice of cooked breakfast included
Disliked: Coffee and tea were not included in the breakfast and we had to pay for these separately. Very petty and annoying! Coffee pods and cups not resupplied the 2nd day - had to go to reception for them.

Pleasant and comfortable, this hotel...

Liked: This hotel was very nicely decorated, clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our double queen room was clean with very comfortable beds, as well as offering a great bathroom. The curtains were difficult to arrange to block out light and when we used the heating unit, it blasted a very garlicky odor. We had to turn it off. All in all,a very pleasant stay!

Liked: The pool is extremely small. There is a shuttle that will take you to a nearby Waterpark, though which is nice.
