Horrible service in the restaurant,...

Liked: The room was nice
Disliked: The gym and pool were closed for construction. I was not told this. I booked this hotel because I planned on using the gym while there. They gave me a room where the freeway noise was excessive. The restaurant was a total joke. We ordered breakfast with maybe four other people in the place. My friend ordered coffee and me water. He got his coffee I never got the water. Had to go to the counter and get some myself. 15 minutes after we ordered the server comes to my friend and says she lost his order. There only a few people in the place!!!! What the heck!!! We were under a time crunch so he says forget it I’ll just have the coffee. Ten more minutes went by and I asked about my food, she said ‘I told you I lost YOUR order’. So apparently when she was talking to my friend she was talking to both of us. Oh my god how completely inept can one person be!!!!!???? So we just got up and left. Didn’t eat anything until 3pm that afternoon. Way to go Holiday Inn!!!! Terrible hotel! I want my money back!!!! Total ripoff.

Liked: The Tv in my room didn’t work for 1/12 hours three boxes were broken?
Disliked: The room needs to make sure everything is working properly before you rent the rooms out to customers

Liked: Lovely hotel, rooms recently redecorated. Some construction work ongoing at the time of stay but it didn't take away from the experience, lots of parking, fantastic staff & good location.
