Clean room; friendly and accommodating staff; would stay there again.

Liked: The room was clean; the bed comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The only bad thing I could say was the window in my room could use a cleaning; my room faced the river but the window was a little dirty which obscured this great view.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the plaza. The room was quite dirty and had a bit of an odor. There was no running hot water in the shower or sink. The toilet was broken and wouldn't flush. The hallways were filled with dust and clutter from several room renovations. Drywall and plywood were scattered along the halls. The gym was extremely disappointing with about 3 pieces of equipment and 2 free weights because the rest "had been stolen" said the desk clerk. The only positive thing about my stay was the gentleman working the front desk who recommended a local bar and pizza place to me.

Liked: Front desk service.
Disliked: Room; shower; toilet; hallways; gym.

Liked: Robyn when I checked in was so helpful - she got me a number so I could call the place I was going and she was friendly and she also called me a cab.
Disliked: The room was very old and outdated; there was water damage; the radio didn't work; the shower was awful to look at so we didn't even get it; the tissue box fell out of the wall when I used a tissue; for $142 I expected more; 2 star doesn't automatically mean old and decrepit.

Generally dirty and gross, took away from the fun of our trip.

Liked: Nice staff, but would never ever stay there again!
Disliked: Dirty; broken lights; half smoked cigar in room; stains on blankets; just disgusting!
