A very comfortable and happy...

Liked: It was nice and close to my family who live in Dover. Easy to find. Clean comfy bed
Disliked: Only problem was, we were very close to the bar and toilets and so it was quite noisy at night!

Liked: Nice, clean and easy to find, easy to park.
Disliked: No one seemed to clean up the dirty dishes outside rooms, there was a dirty glass just outside our room when we arrived and was still there when we left the next morning!

Liked: Hotel was clean, room was nice.
Disliked: Room service issues with payment. Not enough facilities for a 4 star restaurant.Not enough options in the hotel as well as around - shops barely any, travelling needed cabs. Food and drinks menu were confusing. Bar had a different menu, online had different, room TV had different. Not very consistent

A consistently good hotel for...

Liked: We use this hotel frequently . Clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent breakfasts, good parking on site. The WiFi on our last visit did not work in the room but fine in reception areas. However we had not previously experienced this problem.
Disliked: Location, cleanliness, parking and onsite dining. The staff are always friendly and on the ball.

Liked: Nice confortable room.
Disliked: Bit of maintenance wouldn't go amiss. Bath fittings a bit loose for example.The restaurant was styled ITALIAN but chef did not know about cooking pasta.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Ample parking spaces.The breakfast staffs and chef were excellent.
Disliked: Food variety could be better and should include options for Diabetic people
