Totally unsatisfactory

Liked: nothing
Disliked: Dirty room, toenail and hair on the bed, mess on bedside table. alternative room offered stank of curry- too bad to stay in. First roomed supposedly cleaned so went back to that. No air conditioning and no offer of a fan.Complained again in the morning and was told to complain to you.

Liked: Room was immaculate, beautifully clean.
Disliked: No lift.Staff were really friendly, but spent a lot of time chatting whilst people needed serving/ tables needed clearing.

Liked: Venue easy to find with plenty of car parking spaces available.Excellent, professional, welcoming, staff. Room well equipped. Very enjoyable stay.
