Fix the aircon

Liked: Nice hotel, good facilities.
Disliked: The bedroom was ridiculously hot in the morning due to the large east facing window and the Aircon not working and the windows locked.To cool the room needed the provided fan and the door open. But we didn't set that up because it was fine the evening before. They apologised for not having covering the Aircon controller so we didn't try to use it! And they said we should have asked for an upgraded room if we wanted Aircon!We just got out as fast as we could.

Liked: Reception staff very good polite efficientAll staff we encounter were very good Breakfast
Disliked: Didn’t hear on previous visit but think we heard lift when in bed .We did sleep ok but will remember next time. .
