Value for money

Liked: Its location was perfect for us.
Disliked: The room temperature was very hot and we were unable to get the air conditioning to work effectively enough to cool it down. We couldn’t turn the radiator off.Also the shower water temp was tepid and very unpleasant.

Great

Liked: Good location for me travelling monthly to Northumberland and having EV chargers is great will be using it all the time now
Disliked: We booked a double bed but ended up with two singles but they probably was a result of changing the room to the closest room to the door as my dog is very old but I was not advised of this.

went hungry

Liked: helpful receptionist allocated ground floor room as wife n crutches - no lift in hotel !!
Disliked: was warned that some food options in bar might not be available after 9pm.in fact tried to order at 0840 and nothing was available . so much for an "all day menu"Bed rather firm
