Unacceptable

Liked: Friendly welcome by an English speaking member of staff.Comfortable bar area.Room was clean with a comfortable bed.
Disliked: The bar prices were expensive.The set menu was pricey and left us hungry.Beware of the uncooked prawns! Pool view was a joke. Photo Inc. 6th floor.Sink overflow was very dirty. Shower floor was well worn.No extra pillows available. Had to ask.One complementary bottle of water between two people.Breakfast orange juice machine not suited to the slim glasses.

Great location, great staff but...

Liked: All the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable especially the barman. Great location with a tram stop right outside. Dijon is a beautiful city and this made getting in and out so easy. Secure parking on site was also a bonus.
Disliked: Breakfast was predominantly cold. It needs to be heated more. Food in the restaurant at diner was sadly also poor and lukewarm at best. Finally, next visit, if I want a disabled room I will ask for it.

Great for a stopover

Liked: Comfortable beds, clean rooms. We received connected room so we could be together which was a nice surprise. We arrived late with sleepy children and staff was very on point to make sure all goes smoothly and fast. Couldn’t be more grateful for that! Breakfast was very decent

Great location to stay to...

Liked: The location is amazing, particularly if you are passing on route to another destination. The tram stop is right outside to get into the city, there is a shopping centre directly next door, ample secure parking immediately outside the hotel. The hotel itself is comfortable enough, good food & a great wine list, all are friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing, we would highly recommend it.
