Disliked: Wet floor and wall in the bedroom, spa is not clean, it is not working , in the shower does not work one shower

Most disgusting Breakfast we EVER...

Disliked: Most disgusting Breakfast we EVER had at a hotel!!! ...and for that it's utterly overprized!! Moody and unfriendly staff. The so-called Sauna was one shower that didn't work properly (only warm water, broken knobs, splashed from the hose straight to the lamp in the ceiling (we were scared getting electrocuted) and a supposedly aroma shower that didn't really work.In the room there was no green/red roomservice tab. We didn't want our room cleaned. When we came back after a 15 minute breakfast, we had to wait half an hour on our bed until the cleaning lady finished the room.Never again Holiday Inn in France!

Very good

Liked: Nice hotel, easy acces to center with the tram (tram stop literally in front of the hotel), good breakfast, free parking in front of the hotel.
Disliked: SPA area was a slight disappontment as the hamam did not work (we called and they fixed it and then it stopped working 10 minutes after again..) which left only sauna and shower. Elevators were very slow and there was only two of them.

Short but perfect stay in...

Liked: Food was very nice, bed was great. Level of noise an parking was also very good. Hard to fault!
Disliked: Nothing springs to mind!

Perfect location for highway access...

Liked: Hotel was very close to the highway which was perfect for us as we were driving through to visit Normandy. We liked that there was a mall with many food options directly next to the hotel.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok but, for 18 eu seemed a little bit pricey. Other than that, no complaints

Liked: Have stayed here before, so knew what to expect. Stayed because the tram goes from right outside.
