Very poor

Disliked: We had to wait over 1 1/2 hrs to get into our room. The system had crashed and the front desk girl was doing her best but no one in the upper would come in and help her.also asked if they was going to give extra credit or discount we did t get that.

Very disappointed and will not...

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Pool closed, room carpet was filthy,room phone out of order,only 1 ice machine on 5 floors worked or had ice.

Liked: Nothing but the entrance of the hotel
Disliked: everything else Dirty dirty dirty from the pool area to the jacuzzi not working wit old water sitting in it to the dirty patio with leaves n dirt everywhere to the dirty tub in the hotel room never again trash
