Disappointing breakfast, comfy rooms

Liked: Convenient location, comfortable rooms
Disliked: Breakfast was horrible - no veggies, the only fresh items were cling wrapped apples.

We stayed for the pool....

Liked: Nothing at all!! Never again
Disliked: Filth, it looks like nobody cares about cleanliness at that hotel

Disliked: We stayed for the pool. It was awful! Dirty band-Aids, LG all over the thing it wasn’t cleaned at all! If if this is the reservation for my daughter’s room She had to leave because they allow animals, and there was cat fur balls. It was filthy on top of the bed. She even went down and got a rag and cleaned it and should’ve showed it to them and told them I have to move. I am itching all over. I have to move so they moved her and they put her in another room that smelt like puke and she slept there but the next day I told her check out we don’t need to stay someplace with her children to get sick especially when we stayed because of the pool and then when we get there and the pool is filthy so I would like to know if I can get a refund this is ridiculous

Liked: The staff was friendly when they were at the front desk. Usually, they weren't.
Disliked: The hotel was under construction

Liked: Location and it was super clean! Even with the construction!
Disliked: We were there for 9 days and were looking forward to using a hot tub and unfortunately it was broken. The front desk staff notified us upon arrival. Would have still stayed at this amazing hotel but paid a bit more for that feature.
