First time there and I really enjoyed my stay!! Very nice and professional staff, great location, clean rooms, and I loved the shuttle service!! The offered to take us to dinner and back! Wonderful shuttle service, less stress and gas money for me! I will totally stay there again!!

Liked: The room was nice
The restaurant food was good
Disliked: I would have given this hotel a higher rating, except for the following. The shuttle bus they used was an old van. There was a wire sticking out of the seat. As I got out of the van, it caught on my pants and ripped them. I paid $60 for the pants. The reservation clerk was very nice and told me that she would tell the manager and that the manager would contact me first thing the next morning. I never received any further contact from anyone, which disappointed me.

Liked: The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful with tips about the outside snow, one way streets, etc since we were from out of town. The bed was comfortable. I liked that the straws were not plastic at the restaurant, and I like that if you?re tired, you can eat at the restaurant in the hotel, and not have to go out in the cold and snow. Easy read newspapers were available in the lobby. Location was good for my visit, & I would stay at this location again.
Disliked: The poor guy when I arrived to checkin was having a coughing fit. Max? He said he swallowed funny. I appreciated that he turned away from me to cough and coughed into the crook of his elbow. He seemed ok the next day. Why was no other employee available that knows how to check in guests on the computer? Clearly, the employee needed a few mins to recover from his coughing fit. Dinner, I had to wait 30 mins because when I arrived early ~5:30pm? at the restaurant, only appetizers were available for order. I waited and the waitress came back at 6pm to take my order, & I ate dinner, but then I could not take the leftovers back to the room for later because there was no microwave in our room. A prior Holiday Inn I stayed at had the same furniture, mini fridge, & microwave; however, at this Holiday Inn, there was an empty space where the microwave was at the other property. I noticed some of the soaps had coconut, which I had to avoid due to sensitive skin, but I brought my own soap just in case.
