Liked: Very enjoyable stay; enjoyed shuttle service and the bar later in the night.

First time there and I really enjoyed my stay!! Very nice and professional staff, great location, clean rooms, and I loved the shuttle service!! The offered to take us to dinner and back! Wonderful shuttle service, less stress and gas money for me! I will totally stay there again!!

Disliked: It smelled like vomit on the first floor, air quality was poor and I ended up with a respiratory infection.

Very good

Liked: The dinner was plentyful and tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The parking lot wasn't great. The toilet didn't flush without taking the lid off the tank and manually flushing it. Other than that the close access to the hospital was great. As that was our early destination.
Disliked: A closer parking lot. Making sure things worked in the room.

Liked: Pony tail guy who ran courtesy car very good.
Disliked: Waited 10 minutes for front desk person to check in. Guy in the morning front desk not friendly, parking lot closed. Breakfast was awful

Disliked: Evening clerk forgot that I went to get license plate and went behind wall. They just happened to look out after I stood there for some minutes. Morning guy was not friendly and acted like it was a bother to wait on us. Was talking to another person and didn't want to stop conversation even though they were just chit chatting.

Disliked: Got there @ 3:00 for check in, as expected it was busy as that time is designated check in. Probably a good Idea to have 2 or 3 employees @ the front desk then rather than 1.
