It was a pretty comfortable...

Liked: The front check in area was amazing and so quick. For being incredibly busy with fair week starting, I was very surprised with the quick response time. It was a great convenient area to anywhere we needed to go. and a great pool. A little cold but that could just be me. I loved being able to get in the pool and not worry about bumping elbows every second. The dome was a great touch as well. I also enjoyed hearing planes take off. I liked being able to walk out to my car and see planes taking off. Very cool.
Disliked: The pillows were not comfy. Even the firm ones were flat. But they weren’t the worst pillows I’ve ever slept on. The only issue we had was at the grill. Not sure what the lady’s name was but we asked for mozzarella sticks and mac n cheese bites at the grill and she said she did not have any before I could even finish my sentence and did not let me talk. It just made me feel a bit dismissed since I couldn’t even talk all the way. So we went swimming for a few and saw someone else and asked if they had any (honestly wasn’t a big deal if there weren’t any, but the way she cut me off so quickly made me feel like she didn’t want to help me) when we asked the other person that was manning the counter, he had gotten us mozzarella sticks quickly.

Liked: It was a great location and the view and pool with the hot tub was amazing! Very clean and staff was friendly.
Disliked: The room we stayed in had something wrong with the air unit. It worked and kept it cool, but it was extremely loud when kicking on and running. Almost sounded like it was going to break.

Doing the best they can.

Liked: Good location. Room was decent. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Property very dated. I requested top floor away from the elevator and got second floor directly across from the back elevator that the housekeeping staff was constantly in and out of. Had three adults, only allowed two free breakfasts per day. Swap meet going on and pool area not able to be used or back parking lot for part of our stay.

Great Stay and a Welcome...

Liked: The property is well located and easy access from the highway to downtown. Very nice desk staff, really large hotel but very quiet. Excellent gym and pool. Super stay.
Disliked: Nothing really. The rooms and public spaces are a bit dated visually but that doesn’t impact the hotel.
