Amazing all credit to hannah

Liked: Breakfast was fresh and plentyful The restaurant served decent food at a keen price The staff were so helpful especially hannah when our air con broke during the night she brought us a fan and iced water while she fixed the air con which she did. Hannah is an absolute credit to the hotel
Disliked: All was good here i have no negatives

Disliked: Good hotel and nice breakfast. Tiny rooms though and abit fun down. They could do with a little bit of tlc and maintenance - toilet seat loose, shower hose worn out and the safety chain hanging on with just one screw

Liked: The welcome was warm, the room was fresh and clean, the staff friendly.
Disliked: The only thing - the bed. Mattress was reaching it’s sell-by . Soft ,lumpy snd rolled to the middle.

Liked: Value for money with Half Board. Food. Staff. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Having a different menu for Half Board. Didn’t like anything on it but we were allowed to order off the main menu instead for same money which we really appreciated

Liked: Staff were very welcoming and attentive, room was really clean, bar was good and food was lovely
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like

As expected

Liked: Really lovely staff, and superb breakfast, quantity, quality and selection. Free plentiful parking. Good location for stop overs.
Disliked: TV needed channels reviewing, ariel wasn't coonected when we arrived - suspect previous occupants had messed it up. Low drink selection and milk. Menus in room need a clean. Squashed bugs on walls. Otherwise was very clean.
