Superb

A great hotel to stay at that was local to a spa we had visited.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and attentive to our requests for extra pillows and duvet and did room service for these. We were able to get water from the bar and ice. Breakfast was great with a good selection of cooked and cold choices. Decor of hotel was bright and modern.
Disliked: The stairs as one of my friends struggled with her case due to health difficulties.

Liked: Quick check out. Easy parking. Warm cosy rooms. Clean and catered bathroom.
Disliked: No efficient electric chargers. 1 slow.Booked two single beds..got an uncomfortable sofa bed and double.Noisy neighbours to early hrs of the morning. V poor sleep.

Lovely staff

Liked: Great location just off the roundabout, there was a big car park with plenty of parking, the lobby and reception area were very clean and airy and the bar area had plenty of seating. Staff were lovely and welcoming and very accomodating, we had breakfast there and it was really good. Room was a nice size. We would stay here again.
Disliked: The food and drink was quite pricey, we found a pub about 5 mins away with a reasonably priced menu and drinks. The room was a distance away from the main reception and we had to trek up and down the stairs to get anywhere. The room could've been cleaner, the windows were difficult to open and the bathroom needed a freshen up.
