Superb

Liked: Very central location close to public transport links and city centre. Friendly helpful staff and a well presented large room
Disliked: There was building work being carried out in the foyer, but this did not affect our stay

Liked: Lovely comfortable clean room. Great breakfast and ideal location. Staff were very helpful and polite.
Disliked: Building work in reception area.and access to reception. Signs about getting to reception, not clear. Bar expensive.

Exceptional

Liked: Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was beautiful and the beds were super comfy! It was my dad's birthday they put a birthday banner up for him in the room, wrote a message on the mirror and gave us two complimentary drinks! They really did go above and beyond and I am so grateful!
Disliked: Everything was perfect
