Excellent hotel in city centre...

Liked: Very good facilities, excellent breakfast and city centre location .
Disliked: Some building work meant dinner was in a temporary area that did not have air conditioning ( hottest day of the year). However, this was explained and understand that this will be temporary..

Disliked: The AC wasn’t working in bar and restaurant to very hot!

Lovely stay all round

Liked: Upgraded to executive room with breakfast, great staff, lovely room, fab breakfast, very happy guest!
Disliked: Location ideal for parking and easy walk into center, but a bit of a dodgy looking area!

Liked: Staff were lovely. The lady from Mexico on the counter was great. She was really helpful.

Great room and location, with...

Liked: Staff (Vanessa) was really friendly (except the on-duty Ops manager) and helped us to get what we needed.The room was really nice; really spacious and recently renovated, with a really clean and modern bathroom. Shower had great pressure and included an anti-slip mat. The bed was comfy and there were extra pillows in the cupboard.Breakfast was pretty good, but for some reason there was no milk by the tea-making facilities and we had to go to the cereal station to get it. The hot food was really good though!
Disliked: The lift was really not good; we got stuck in the lift and the operations manager came to see what was going on, and seemed to not believe that we were stuck - he kind of shrugged it off and instead of apologising and checking that we were ok, he just went to check to see if the lift did it again. This happened right before we checked out so it left a sour taste after what was up to that point a good stay.

Disliked: bed was amazing after a long day at a festival. I need a bed that big at home ☺️
