Excellent staff and good food,...

Disliked: Cleanliness of the room, not cleaned properly as the was crisps remaining underneath the bed which should have been cleaned. After being cleaned found more crisps and food crumbs underneath the bed.We had a accessible room, the clothes rail need a person over 6 foot tall to reach, someone in wheelchair would be impossible.Shelves in the room was extremely high.
