Disliked: The parking is not located where the property is and you have to pay extra for it.

Great location but if you’re...

Liked: Centrally located and easy to get around from. Rooms are comfortable and spacious but can be quite loud due to where we were placed.
Disliked: Our room had (what I think is) a water pump in the bathroom; because it’s on the fourth floor and next to the staff area, everytime someone used water the pump would go off and it was incredibly loud which basically meant being woken up everytime so not great for sleep. The aircon also didn’t work great so it was incredibly hot.

Unusually mean front entrances

Disliked: Confusion: - Main entrance from the street is not obvious to new customers. - On arrival, there is no notice near the lift to help find the Reception area. The Lift does not work if one pushes any button to travel to any floor other than the 4th. - The pedestrian entrance to the "Derbion" Underground car park is similarly not obvious to find. Nor is it easy to find the one payment machine that is in working order. - I was charged %10.80 for overnight parking, though the hotel receptionist said that the payment would have been reduced to £8. The machine would not print me a receipt, so I cannot complain!
