Helpful staff and good customer...

Liked: location central and near the River, Coach station and shops. Staff were very kind and helpful. I had a lovely big room with a great bathroom and good facilities. Thank you Derby Riverlights!
Disliked: my room location near the lift and the mini gym a bit noisy but bar that everything else was good

Good, but

Liked: Good location, amazing breakfast.
Disliked: Some hair found on the bed and carpet. There was a door in my room to another room and I could hear everything what was going on, plus didn’t feel safe at all.
