Disappointing

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: There weren't any charging ports in the whole hotel. Therefore, my phone died, and I missed an important medical call/appointment. The hotel is kind of grungy feeling, and very outdated. No free breakfast as listed on the booking site.

Disliked: It was noisy being near the restaurant. We received breakfast vouchers but then told we could not use them with no explanation. Mold in the coffee maker in the room. Locations good but not hotel itself.
