Liked: They put me in a room right by the outside door for smoking and gave me and the other person in the room a free breakfast.
Disliked: I booked a smoking room but when I got to the hotel I was told all the smoking rooms were taken.

Liked: The proximity to a lot of restaurants and other activities
Disliked: I stayed at Holiday inn a lot and I never had to have a voucher to eat the breakfast I went down there and was embarrassed because when I picked up my plate the lady said where's your voucher and I didn't have one I didn't know that you needed about her and then the desk the guy at the desk said well when you booked the room you should have paid for the breakfast on the website

Liked: Was very nice, most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: We didn’t know that the breakfast bar was not complimentary. They let us fill our plates, then I formed us it was $14.99 person. The front desk remedied the situation our second day.
