Convenient and very nicely located...

Liked: The breakfast was delicious and entrance smelt divine.
Disliked: The hotel carpet had a bad stench to it.

Very comfortable

Liked: We thought breakfast was included but had to pay extra. Breakfast was very good
Disliked: One of room key cards didn't work.Fortunately 2 cards were supplied

Liked: It was very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The location. I actually thought I had booked a different hotel that we've stayed in before so when we arrived driving through huge lorry charging depot it was a bit of a sight. But once we were inside the hotel it was fine and very quiet.

Liked: I loved the fact Suzanne and Dee had a little birthday surprise for my son who turned 9 on the date we checked out. They went above and beyond! Thank you so much for that! It was a real touch a class!!
