Liked: Everything was clean and straight forward, room had been refurbished just before we arrived so brand new bed was extra comfy. Opted for the executive suit with lots of room, Plenty of pillows. Breakfast was second to none, and the restaurant was clean and staff were friendly and helpful at all times. :)
Disliked: Didn't like having to leave :(

Convenient but poor comfort and...

Liked: Great location when travelling to or from Scotland to the south of England
Disliked: The bed was really hard and uncomfortable… we both slept badly and woke feeling stiff and achy.Staff in restaurant were offhand… one was eating while delivering food plates!At breakfast they had lost our booking and thought we were room only…. Only one person doing front of house

Liked: The breakfast was great . It was nice and hot which is great as far as I am concerned.
Disliked: The dinner menu my favourite grub is steak pie and things like that . But unfortunately you have changed it not even a mixed grill .
