Enjoyable nothing but great service

Liked: Clean,comfortable and convenient
Disliked: Bathroom floor got very wet when showering, needed better seal on the bottom of the shower door.

Comfy and convenient

Liked: Good location. Very convenient for convention centre. Lots of nearby places to eat and drink
Disliked: No room service and restaurant only provides breakfast. Cleaning carts are left in corridors blocking the way and making it difficult to get bags past

Liked: Breakfast was plentiful , a lot to choose from.

Liked: Free upgrade this time and room is clean and comfy
Disliked: Again it would be the pillows but not the fault of hotel.
