Liked: Nice comfortable room, breakfast was great and all staff were very friendly and helpful

if in town stay here,...

Liked: late check-out as a member at 2pm freekind, helpful and polite staff, very Attentive
Disliked: no toilet brush in bathroom

if you need to stay...

Liked: I love this place, it looks kinda trashy imo, because of the brand (holiday in) however inside this place is fitted out like a resort.the staff are endlessly kind and helpful, I only sorted one night at a time, buying them on the day of each time because thats when they're discounted heavily .and then I Just extended my stay by buying another cheap tickets on booking.com 4 days in a row now.
Disliked: I can't think of anything that annoyed me other than the occasional harrassment from homeless right out front

Fabulous place to stay, and...

Liked: Absolutely spotless, beautiful colourings and fittings…comfortable bed and pillow choices…soundproofed…wonderful food offerings…friendly and professional staff…on-site parking is a great help….great shower head/railing that didn’t leak, dribble, droop forward, or clunk me on the head…
Disliked: Um, the doona ‘too short’ and didn’t reach up to/over my shoulders and was tucked in so tight at the bottom it was impossible to loosen, and I’m really short!…just your average first world problem.

Food and staff was good...

Liked: Property was clean, staff was kind and breakfast was good.
Disliked: The Aircon in the room was malfunction and it was throwing hot air instead of cold air. The room was boiling, kids and the whole family woke up at 3AM as it was suffocating and too hot in the room. I kept trying by switching it on and off and then finally switched it off. Soon the room was suffocating I opened the door and I went to reception and gentlemen at reception tried to help by resetting something remotely but still it didn't work. He visited the room and tried to fix but no luck. As the hotel was fully booked they couldn't move us to other room.
